5.Equipment CompositionThe furnace is mainly composed of main parts such as furnace body (including furnace lining), electric heating device, trolley, furnace door, sealing device, PID temperature control and recording system, and power control system.6.Equipment Summary1.Furnace body: The frame of the furnace body is made of channel steel and angle steel. The side plate of the shell is welded by Q235 steel plate. The structure is firm and reliable, the overall strength is good, it is not easy to be deformed, and the appearance is smooth and smooth.
2.The energy-saving all-fiber trolley furnace lining is a full-fiber structure, and the total thickness of the lining fiber is 350mm. It adopts the standard type produced by Shandong Luyang Co., Ltd. by vacuum enthalpy method. After compression, the bulk density is ≥220Kg/m3.3.Adopting scientific and reasonable mounting method, this structure has few thermal bridge short-circuit phenomenon, and it is combined with two methods of flat stacking.

1.The heating element distributes the power reasonably according to the uniformity of the furnace temperature.
2.The heating elements are respectively arranged on the left and right sides, the bottom of the furnace and the furnace door and the back wall; the heating element is wound into a corrugated type by using a 0Cr27Al7Mo2 alloy resistance band.3.The left and right side walls are suspended by the new type of porcelain screws on the lining fiber. The heating elements at the bottom of the furnace are laid flat in the slabs of the refractory bricks, and fixed by the small hooks.
